Once the Listed building application and the change of use application was submitted, Townscape arranged to meet with Local authority planning Officers and Conservation Officer to discus and explain the proposal in more detail.
During the application process many consultations responses were received challenging the heritage merit of the building and Townscape successfully steered the application to Officer approval.
The planning application was called in to be decided by Planning Committee of Cheshire West and Chester Council and Townscape successfully represented the client and owner of the buildings to secure full consent for change of use.
