Townscape Heritage Consultant Chelmsford secures planning permission for conversion of commercial building to residential.

Working with UPP, Townscape helps to secure change of use from commercial/retail use to residential for this unlisted building within the Chelmsford Conservation area.

Beacon House is a 1980s development which recently had been offices but has now been vacant for some time. The building is unlisted but within the Chelmsford Conservation area and adjacent to Listed buildings. Townscape successfully provided a heritage impact assessment to provide a profession opinion that the proposed development would not have a negative or harmful impact upon either the conservation area or the nearby listed buildings.
