Townscape was pleased to work with an existing client to bring about substantial benefit to this Georgian Town House in Hampstead, London. A listed building at Grade II, the client wished to update and thermally improve its energy efficiency, make changes to internal flooring, reception areas and to improve the external elements including windows and french doors leading to the balcony.
Detailed Analysis of Building
Townscape undertook a detailed analysis of the building, identifying which elements were of significance. We prepared a schedule of work, suggested material use and an outline of the works to be undertaken using traditional craftsmen. The Listed Building application has been approved and work has finished and the house is now a large family home, fit with modern day comforts.
