Helping to restore the Industrial Heritage of the North West

FullSizeRender[3]Townscape was pleased to help secure Listed Building Consent for major works to Warwick Mill, Rochdale, a Grade II Listed former Cotton Mill.  Townscape successfully provided a compelling heritage case for the wholesale conversion and refurbishment of the Mill. We also provided restoration advice and guidance to those parts deemed to be of high significance and to be presented as a centrepiece to the new life of the Mill.  The North West of England continues to have an industrial legacy much of which is listed such as Warwick Mill.  We at Townscape take great pride in helping to preserve out industrial heritage and as part of the design Team, Townscape produced a detailed Heritage and significance analysis and impact assessment based on the proposed works to transform the derelict Mill back into a working employment centre and import/export emporium for the client, who is a major foreign investor.
