Townscape was pleased to be involved in the obtaining of planning permission for a block of new apartments in Epping Forest, Essex. As Chartered Town Planning and Heritage Consultant, Townscape was able to justify the removal of the existing building and its replacement on the basis of the existing building not qualifying as a non-designated heritage asset.
